Dr. Vikrant Mittal

Dr. Vikrant Mittal is a highly qualified and experienced psychiatrist with extensive clinical and administrative experience. He earned his MBBS from the University of Mumbai and went on to complete his M.D. (Residency) from Yale University School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA).

Dr. Mittal specializes in geriatric psychiatry, and he has also obtained a Masters in Hospital Administration from Johns Hopkins University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and has served in various clinical and administrative positions throughout his career.

His experience includes serving as the Medical Director of a geriatric psychiatry unit and as the Chairman of Psychiatry and Temple School of Medicine Medical school psychiatry rotation director for a seven-hospital system. He also served as the Chief Medical Officer of a 178-bed Pennsylvania Department of Health Services hospital.

In addition to his work in the United States, Dr. Mittal is currently developing his clinic in India, where he provides psychiatric care to Indian patients. He has authored numerous publications in US journals and contributed chapters to psychiatry books. He has also served on the National Advisory Boards of Janssen (J&J) and Otsuka Lundbeck, USA.
